We are excited about our new facility- Pheasant Run Resort, Chicagoland's largest resort, located in St. Charles, IL. While we have moved, we remain true to our roots and are still in DuPage County. Pheasant Run has several in-house restaurants, a Ben & Jerry's store (!), 3 swimming pools, a hot tub, a fitness facility, a spa and salon (Mario Tricosi) a comedy club, and an in-house theater which serves as the home of the Fox Valley Repertory Company. It is convenient to many other shopping and dining opportunities.
With over 450 guest rooms, Pheasant Run has ample room for us to grow. This year we will be sharing our facility with another group that was previously scheduled. As a result, our programming will be spread out more than we would like, however Pheasant Run has been very accommodating, agreeing to arrange a shuttle service from one end of the property to the other to ensure that our members with mobility challenges are able to enjoy everything that DucKon and Pheasant Run have to offer.
Our rate for the weekend is $99 per night - still the lowest of all the Chicagoland conventions! Please make your reservations soon, so that if we need to arrange for overflow space across the street at the Hilton Garden Inn that will leave enough time for it to be possible.
Note: If you have mobility challenges, please notify our hotel liaison as soon as possible so the best location for your accommodations can be arranged. There are several things that could be preferable for you depending on your accommodation needs and your interests at the convention.
