I'm not sure if this is the right place to be for this, but how LONG does it take you guys to cash a check? I wrote a check at last year's Duckon (for this year's membership) and, 9 months later, I'm still waiting for the thing to be cashed.
And don't tell me to email a contact via the website. I tried that. Helen Gbalah said she was going to talk to the treasurer at one of your board meetings and I never heard back from her or the treasurer even though I left a contact number and my email address. This was back in October!
Right now, I'm not even sure I'm signed up for Duckon 19 (since you haven't cashed my check) and if you handle problems by ignoring them and hoping they'll just go away, I'm wondering if I want to even go.
